A few weeks ago, I was telling some friends about how, ten years ago, I suffered a bad case of pelvic inflammatory disease. As I was talking about it, in the back of my mind I was thinking, I had better not give this too much attention and energy! Within days, I was in the ER with - you guessed it - a bad case of PID. Since thinking and talking about problems breeds more problems, we are all wise to focus on health, harmony, success, peace and happiness!
