In order [for spirits to] communicate with us, we have to both raise our own frequency (which is what people who are psychics naturally do), and they have to lower their vibrations so we can hear and see them. We need never feel bored or lonely for long, for if we purposefully extend ourselves in extraordinary ways, we'll spark all sorts of delightful experiences.
